SD Trip Part 2: Visiting the Children’s Museum

As I mentioned in our previous post, we recently spent a week visiting family and friends in South Dakota. If you missed our earlier post about Noah playing with his cousins (so much fun!), you can read it here.

While we were in South Dakota, we also went to the Children’s Museum in Brookings. This was Noah’s second trip to the museum (his first visit was last September). He remembered it and he loved it!

Noah had a blast playing with Grandma Debbie and Grandpa Rod (“Gamma Debadee” and “Bapa,” as Noah calls them). They listened to the dinosaurs roar, fixed the blue car (it’s always broken!), went grocery shopping, made designs on the giant Light Bright, tossed balls into the water tornado, caught (and released) a fish, and much, much more. Check it out!

And here’s a short video of our afternoon at the museum. Note: If you’re reading this post in an email, you may need to open the blog webpage in order to view the video. To do so, just click on the title of the post (the link in blue) at the top of the email to open the blog in your web browser.

Yep, Noah had a great time! The next time we visit the museum (we’ll definitely go back), maybe we can fix the blue car for good. Ha.

If you’re ever in Brookings, SD, you should schedule some playtime at the museum too. You can read more about the Children’s Museum of South Dakota here.

Stay tuned for another post on Noah’s recent adventures with Grandma Debbie and Grandpa Rod. Yep, there’s more!
